Bringing Honest Communications to the East Midlands
A new communications agency has launched in the East Midlands offering integrated public relations, social media and communications plans.
Honest Communications has been started by Holly Daulby to offer creative campaigns to national brands and local businesses to help them boost their presence, enhance their marketing activity and ultimately drive more sales.
Having worked in the industry for almost 10 years, Holly has a strong pr and communications background. She has experienced life at many of the UK’s top pr agencies, and most recently spent five years at a leading specialist lifestyle and gardening agency in Derby where she headed up client services and was involved in the day-to-day running and development of the agency.
Discussing the new agency, Holly commented: “I’m really excited to see what the future holds for Honest Communications! Increasingly businesses and marketing managers are under strain with both time and money, yet results are still expected to be the same. We help streamline the process and offer one point of call for all marketing activity. PR, social media and copywriting are our core services but we also have photography, digital marketing and online services.
“I find it incredibly rewarding to see an idea come to life and to see people interacting with a campaign and talking about my clients. PR is one way of achieving this but there are so many other channels out there that can support this, which is why I took the leap and founded Honest Communications. I was born in Leicestershire, grew up in Rutland and now live in Derby so it was a natural choice to base my business in the East Midlands.”
Most recently Holly’s work has won recognition within the industry for Best PR Campaign at the UK Agency Awards, Best Consumer Relations Campaign at the Chartered Institute of PR Awards, and the The East Midlands Chamber Derbyshire Business Awards for Marketing Campaign of the Year.
