Total Body, which was established in 2001, has relocated to the Centrum 100 Retail Park club in a joint venture that will enable the team to continue developing its sports and rehabilitation services.
Founded by former Royal Marine Simon Wheatcroft Total Body offers clients, from professional athletes to working mums, a sensitive and responsive personal service alongside the latest training and rehabilitation techniques.
Craig Barker, general manager at the Bannatyne Health Club in Burton-on-Trent, said: “There is a perfect synergy between the health club and the specialist services offered by Simon and the Total Body team.
“Our members will benefit from having this level of expertise at the health club and the partnership will bring significant benefits for both organisations.”
Simon Wheatcroft said: “To continue growing my business I needed to find a new gym partner. I was specifically looking for one which shares the same ethos in providing health and fitness services which are focussed on client needs and wellbeing as the most important factor.
“Bannatyne offers a great membership base for Total Body to work within and I have the support network behind the scenes of a dynamic and exciting club. I am very much looking forward to a fruitful partnership and welcoming new and returning clients.”
Services offered by Total Body include; sports massage, deep tissue massage, osteopathy, podiatry, acupuncture and postural assessment.
